Terms of Service
By using Steev, a service by Allergomat AB, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. Last updated August 6, 2026.
Operating Entity
Steev is a service provided by Allergomat AB, a company registered in Sweden. By using this service, you are entering into an agreement with Allergomat AB.
Service Description
Steev provides personalized running training plans and coaching guidance, generated by artificial intelligence. The service is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for the advice of a physician, physiotherapist, or other qualified health provider. Using Steev does not create a doctor-patient or professional coaching relationship, and AI-generated guidance can be incomplete or wrong.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring any exercise program is appropriate for your health. Consult a healthcare provider before taking up or intensifying training if you have a known medical condition, are pregnant, have symptoms that concern you, or have been inactive for an extended period. Never disregard professional medical advice, or delay seeking it, because of something Steev said.
Health & Safety
Running and other exercise carry inherent risks, including injury and, in rare cases, serious cardiac events. By using Steev you voluntarily accept those risks. Stop exercising immediately and seek medical care if you experience chest pain, dizziness, fainting, unusual breathlessness, or sharp or worsening pain — do not rely on the app in an emergency; contact local emergency services. Steev does not monitor your health data for signs of medical problems and does not detect or alert on abnormal readings; the absence of a warning never means everything is normal. Training suggestions are based on the data you provide or sync, which may be incomplete or inaccurate; check any workout against how you actually feel.
Account & Subscription
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. Subscription fees are billed according to your chosen plan. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period.
Acceptable Use
Steev is intended for one purpose: personal, non-commercial running and fitness coaching for you, the account holder. Using the service for anything else is not permitted — including using the coach as a general-purpose AI assistant, automated or bulk access, extracting or reselling its output or data, or building a competing service on top of it. Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or access the service in unauthorized ways.
Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for gross negligence, or for intent — or any liability that consumer law does not allow to be limited. Beyond that, and to the maximum extent applicable law permits, Allergomat AB is not liable for damages arising from your use of the service, and any remaining liability is capped at the fees you paid for Steev in the twelve months before the claim. Steev comes with the guarantees consumers have by law; beyond those, we do not promise that coaching guidance is accurate, complete, or suitable for your individual circumstances. You accept the inherent risks of exercise described above, and the final judgment about whether to run, and how hard, is always yours.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms for good reason — legal or security requirements, or changes to the service. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect; if you do not accept them, you may close your account before that date and owe nothing further.
Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by Swedish law, without limiting mandatory protections you have as a consumer in your country of residence. If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest remains in force, and the sections on health, liability, and disputes survive account closure. Disputes can be referred to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN, arn.se) or the EU online dispute resolution platform.
